Le poste de Secrétaire adjoint-e 2 est rattaché au Secrétaire général de l'Université, au Rectorat. Vous contribuez à la conduite et à la coordination des affaires institutionnelles, agissant comme bras droit du Secrétaire général et interface avec les instances dirigeantes.
Vous assurez la coordination transverse des dossiers, la préparation de dossiers complexes et le suivi des décisions. Excellentes capacités d'organisation et flexibilité horéraire requises.
