Les Hôpitaux Universitaires de Genève recherchent une secrétaire coordinateur/trice à 80% pour le Service de psychiatrie. Vous assurez le secrétariat médical et administratif, l'accueil des patients et le contrôle des données, tout en respectant les exigences médico-légales et institutionnelles.
Vous gérez l’ouverture et l’archivage des dossiers, la facturation et la saisie dans DPI, et vous veillez à une organisation efficace sur les sites ambulatoires et hospitaliers du secteur.
