On behalf of our client, we are looking for a
Description du jobWe are looking for a Contract & Order Management Coordinator to join the team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth administration of contracts, orders, invoicing, and logistics activities related to our services, software, and spare parts business.
In this role, you will work closely with internal teams, customers, and suppliers in an international and multicultural environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that administrative and operational processes are handled accurately, efficiently, and on time.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage maintenance contracts, including contract administration and annual invoicing follow-up.
- Process and monitor SaaS contracts and orders, ensuring accurate and timely administration.
- Manage Customer Service (CS) orders throughout the order process.
- Administer Enigma licenses, including dongle replacements, returns tracking, and related invoicing.
- Support import/export logistics, intercompany shipments, and push kit activities.
- Process direct spare parts orders outside the Customer Service process.
- Support Application Center test-cut invoicing and provide related administrative support.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with SAP; or strong willingness and ability to learn new ERP systems and digital tools.
- Good IT skills and ease in working with different software applications
- Previous experience in purchasing/procurement is an advantage, or strong interest in learning and developing negotiation skills.
- Professional level of written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
- Ability to work independently, organize priorities, meet deadlines, and take ownership of assigned activities.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate effectively across different functions.
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment
