This role focuses on supporting multiple asset classes (Rates, FX, Commodities, Credit, Equities) with close collaboration across Trading Assistants, Middle Office, Risk, and Technology teams.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Real-Time & End of Day Support: Provide comprehensive, real-time application support for various users (PMs, Risk, Middle Office, Trading Assistants).
  • System Monitoring: Perform start-of-day checks, including monitoring market data feeds, risk reports, and FIX message flows.
  • User Requirement Gathering & Solution Delivery: Collect and analyze user requirements (Trading Assistants, PMs, Quants). Collaborate with internal tech teams or 3rd-party vendors to design, test, and deploy system enhancements.
  • User Onboarding: Support the onboarding of new users and ensure smooth adoption of system functionalities.
  • Release & Hotfix Testing: Coordinate and perform local user testing for new system releases or urgent patches.

Qualifications & Desired Skills:

    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication skills to interface with users and technical teams.
