- Actively support sales and business development activities, including identifying business opportunities and contributing to proposals, pitches, and client discussions, with a particular focus on the French-speaking part of Switzerland
- Build and maintain a strong professional network within the Swiss Energy & Utilities ecosystem and work closely with our strategic partners to support sustainable business growth
- Deliver consulting projects in close collaboration with our clients to improve and transform their organisations, processes, and operational activities
- Contribute hands-on expertise in one or more of the following areas: strategy, business model design, organisational transformation, performance improvement, process optimisation, sustainability, and enterprise applications
- Ensure strong project delivery, including quantitative and qualitative analyses, the preparation of deliverables, research, and project management
- Continuously develop your consulting capabilities and industry expertise while taking on increasing responsibility within projects
- You have successfully completed a Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field of study
- You have several years of professional experience in management consulting, in-house consulting, or a comparable relevant role within the Energy & Utilities sector
- You have a strong interest in and proven experience with business development and sales activities, including client acquisition and contributing to proposals and pitches
- You have an active network within the Energy & Utilities ecosystem and the ability to leverage it effectively for business development purposes
- You have a solid understanding of topics related to electricity trading and/or transmission and distribution system operators, TSO/DSO, within the Energy & Utilities sector
- You have experience in operational and digital transformation, including strategy, business model design, process and organisational optimisation, and enterprise applications
- You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. German language skills are an advantage
- You have proven analytical and conceptual capabilities, both quantitative and qualitative
- You communicate results and the resulting value for clients in a convincing and impactful manner, both in writing and verbally
