Votre mission
- Etablissement des devis, soumissions, métrés et factures, suivi des chantiers et gestion du personnel
- Participation aux séances de chantier
- Gestion du client
- Responsable de la qualité, des délais et des coûts des projets
- Planification et conduite de chantiers
- Développement des méthodes de réalisation
- Recherche de solutions techniques, innovantes et efficaces
- Développer les relations avec mandataires et maîtres de l'ouvrage
- Expertise technique Gros oeuvre / Bâtiment (maçonnerie, béton armé)
- Planification, phasage des opérations
- Gestion des priorités
- Bonne capacité de négociation
- Team leader
- Maîtrise de la bureautique (MS-Project, Excel, Word, Internet)
- Connaissance d'un programme de suivi de chantiers
