Customer Support Agent (On-site – Porto)

We're hiring Customer Support Agents to join an international customer service operation supporting telecom products and services. This role is for candidates who enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a structured, team-oriented environment.
No previous experience is required — full training is provided.

You’ll assist customers across multiple channels with topics such as subscriptions, billing inquiries, technical troubleshooting, and general account questions
, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience on every interaction.

• Handle incoming customer calls and service requests
• Welcome and guide customers with clarity and professionalism
• Provide personalized solutions based on customer needs
• Accurately document interactions using internal systems
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain service quality

• Native or C2 level French
• Good communication skills and customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable with rotating schedules (Mon–Sat, 7:00–19:00)

• Base salary: 930€ x14
• Meal allowance: 9€/day
• Performance bonus (up to 100€ x12
  )
