Location: Genf
Groupe ANSAM est à la recherche d'un professionnel capable de résoudre des incidents directement chez nos clients à Genève. Le candidat doit orchestrer plusieurs environnements tout en gérant rapidement les tickets.
Une expérience d'au moins 2 ans au sein d'un poste similaire et une maitrise des langues française et anglaise (C1) sont exigées. L'environnement de travail est amusant : café à volonté et possibilité de télétravail après la période d’essai.
