Albedis - Genève recrute un Client Experience Advisor. Vous serez responsable de répondre aux demandes des clients en allemand, français et anglais, tout en offrant un service de haute qualité dans un environnement reconnu pour son expérience client.
Le candidat idéal doit avoir un CFC de commerce, une expérience en relation clientèle, et maîtriser les outils bureautiques tels qu'Excel et Word. Des compétences en gestion des priorités et un excellent sens du service sont également requis.
