Location: Genf
Jobup recherche un(e) Customer Care Support Specialist pour accompagner les clients par téléphone et email, gérer les commandes et assurer le suivi des contrats de maintenance. Le poste est basé à Plan-les-Ouates (Genève) et est à 100% en CDI temporaire jusqu’au 30/12/2026.
Vous maîtrisez le français (langue maternelle) et l’allemand (B2), êtes flexible et travaillez efficacement en équipe dans un environnement orienté client. Formation et intégration personnalisée possibles.
