Bechtle Suisse SA recherche un étudiant pour un emploi à 50% en Helpdesk dans la région genevoise. Disponibilité en soirée du lundi au vendredi de 16h à 20h est requise. Le poste consiste à assister les utilisateurs et à gérer les demandes via téléphone, portail et courriel.
Profil: CFC informatique, au moins 2 ans d'expérience similaire, connaissances Windows 10, Office 365 et Active Directory, anglais B2, résidence suisse obligatoire.
