We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Coordinator for Undergraduate and Summer School Programs to support the administration and delivery of undergraduate and summer school programs. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple processes while maintaining direct contact with students.
Responsibilities- Coordinate administrative processes related to undergraduate and summer school programs
- Optimize and improve internal workflows and operational processes
- Maintain direct communication with students and applicants, providing guidance and support throughout the admissions and study period
- Manage admissions processes, including document collection, follow‑ups, and student onboarding
- Manage Programs promotion
- Supervise the preparation and daily operations of summer school programs
- Support scheduling, logistics, and coordination of academic activities
- Liaise with academic staff and administrative teams to ensure smooth program delivery
- Monitor student records and maintain accurate documentation
- Provide general administrative and operational support in the interest of the company
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, Business, or a related field
- Previous experience in academic administration, admissions, student services, or program coordination is an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency
- Proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- Fluent English and Russian - mandatory
- French - strong advantage
- Experience working in an international environment is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Swiss or EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Switzerland at the time of application is a pre‑requisite
