Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
- Output 1: Masterclass Training Package – Develop curriculum, training needs assessment, materials, facilitator guides, exercises, case studies, and participant materials for all four modules. First content draft by 11 August 2026; final delivery by 10 September 2026.
- Output 2: Deliver a Four-Day Masterclass – Conduct the masterclass to selected regional BSOs, in-person or hybrid, using interactive and practical training methods. Delivery date: by 30 October 2026.
- Output 3: Follow-up Advisory Support – Provide advisory support to participants, including at least 3 coaching sessions per BSO (≈2 hours each), totaling at least 20 cumulative advisory hours, and technical guidance to produce a training implementation plan. Expected outputs include adapted training materials, implementation plans, and at least one documented BSO or MSME outreach activity per BSO. Delivery date: by 30 November 2026.
- Output 4: Final Report and Recommendations – Submit a final report summarizing delivery, feedback, outcomes, recommendations for scaling and sustainability, lessons learned, and identification of residual capacity gaps. Delivery date: by 30 November 2026.
