Responsibilities
:

• Deliver the specified monthly outputs from 1 August 2026 to 31 March 2027.
• Submit all deliverables to ITC for validation before payment processing.
• Ensure all deliverables are in English (unless otherwise specified), approved by the ITC hiring manager, and aligned with the project timeline and standards.
• Present monthly updates to the ITC team.
• Produce quarterly progress reports for October, November, December, and a final annual progress report in March.
• Maintain documentation and follow‑up of awareness sessions as required.

Monthly Deliverables Overview

  • Circulate and disseminate the call for SME applications.
  • Finalize the SME selection process with relevant stakeholders.
  • Engage and coordinate meetings with key institutions to secure buy‑in.
  • Organise and deliver an orientation workshop for selected companies.
  • Provide a monthly presentation on progress.
• September 2026
  • Engage partners to advance trade policy initiatives and support data collection.
  • Deliver coaching sessions for the Training of Trainers (ToT) program.
  • Document and follow up on awareness sessions.
  • Implement activities to enhance SME competitiveness and market linkages.
  • Submit quarterly progress report.
• October 2026
  • Deliver activities outlined in the project activity plan at both institutional and SME levels.
  • Provide monthly presentation on updates.
• November 2026
  • Complete planned activities at institutional and SME levels.
  • Provide monthly presentation on updates.
• December 2026
  • Complete planned activities at institutional and SME levels.
  • Submit quarterly progress report.
• January 2027
  • Complete planned activities at institutional and SME levels.
  • Provide monthly presentation on updates.
• February 2027
  • Complete planned activities at institutional and SME levels.

Fees are subject to the national income taxes, where applicable. If the contract is to be issued in a currency other than USD, the UN exchange rate on the date of the contract issuance will be applicable.
