**** The opportunity
** As a Health & Safety Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening our safety culture and ensuring a compliant, sustainable, and safe working environment in our factory. You will drive our HSE ambitions forward by implementing standards, conducting risk assessments, and supporting continuous improvement across all operations.
** How you’ll make an impact
*** Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, standards, and internal policies
* Conduct comprehensive HSE risk assessments and implement effective control measures
* Lead incident investigations, determine root causes, and define corrective and preventive actions
* Implement and support factory-wide HSE programs, audits, inspections, and improvement initiatives
* Monitor key HSE KPIs and prepare clear reports to drive transparency and decision‑making
* Deliver HSE trainings and awareness programs that foster a strong safety culture
* Maintain and continuously improve emergency response plans, including drills and preparedness activities
* Collaborate closely with factory teams to integrate HSE considerations into daily operations and long‑term planning
* Drive the integration and continuous improvement of environmental practices by leading risk assessments, implementing corrective actions, and monitoring/reporting environmental performance against HSE objectives
** Your background
*** Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE roles within an industrial or energy environment
* Solid understanding of HSE regulations, standards, risk assessments, and incident analysis
* Strong communication skills and the ability to conduct engaging trainings
* Experience working with HSE performance metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement tools
* Ability to influence and drive behavioral change across diverse teams
* Proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
* Collaborative working style and ability to support cross‑functional factory operations
