• Promote a positive Safety Culture and ensure the Safety and Quality Policy is communicated/promoted and implemented within the organization
• Perform line maintenance work package and certificate of release to service, daily and weekly checks, engine and APU replacement, defect rectification, component replacement, AOG recovery and troubleshooting
• Perform A-check, P-check and out of phase checks work package
• Structural damage assessments and repairs
• Ensure that aircraft is operating in airworthiness conditions
• Work autonomously within a team‑spirit environment and assist the shift‑leader/supervisor
• Ensure clear communication and reporting

• CAT A or holder of a valid B1 EASA Part‑66 license type rated on A320
• Additional skills appreciated:
  Sheet Metal
• Good command of verbal and written English
• Proficient in MS Office
