Licensed Aircraft Engineer – Geneva (B1 or B1/B2 Line Maintenance)

Perform line maintenance and support duties on narrow- and wide-body aircraft including the A320, A330, A350, B737, B777, B787, and B767. Ensure safety, quality, and airworthiness of the fleet while maintaining customer on-time performance.

• Promote a positive safety culture and ensure the safety and quality policy are communicated, promoted, and implemented.
• Conduct line maintenance, including transit checks, preflight checks, daily and weekly inspections, defect rectification, component replacement, AOG recovery, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure on-time performance of customer aircraft and maintain airworthiness conditions.
• Work autonomously while fostering a team‑spirited environment and assist the shift leader/supervisor.
• Communicate and report findings clearly.

• Holder of a valid EASA Part‑66 B1 or B1/B2 license, type‑rated on A320.
• At least one additional type from the list: A330, A350, B737, B777, B787.
• Good command of verbal and written English.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Positive, solution‑oriented attitude with high customer focus and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and quality procedures to the required level.
