Pour l'un de nos clients dans un environnement biotech, nous recherchons activement un ingenieur méthodes maintenance.
Le but serait d'assurer la performance, la fiabilité et la conformité des équipements en environnement industriel réglementé.
Responsabilités- Diagnostiquer les pannes et mener les analyses de causes racines
- Réaliser maintenance corrective/préventive et améliorer l’OEE
- Participer à l’amélioration continue (Lean, réduction des arrêts)
- Déployer outils, méthodes et former la production
- Garantir la conformité (ISO 13485, IVDR, FDA) et la documentation
- Contribuer aux audits, CAPA et gestion des non-conformités
- Veiller au respect des règles HSE
- Ingénieur avec environ 8 ans d’expérience en maintenance/méthodes industrielles
- Compétences en automatisation, robotique, instrumentation
- Expérience en environnement réglementé (pharma/dispositifs médicaux)
- Esprit d’équipe, rigueur, orientation performance
- Français / anglais courants
