Part-Time Mystery Shopper ​/ Evaluator

Responsibilities

• Carry out mystery evaluation assignments across various sectors and markets.
• Observe and assess the on-site customer experience.
• Document observations and evaluations according to predefined criteria.
• Complete questionnaires for each mystery evaluation assignment performed.
• Work closely with the team to discuss findings and possible improvements.

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driving license (car)
• Interest in market research and mystery shopping
• Good communication skills and strong powers of observation
• Reliability and accuracy in task execution
• Basic computer skills
• Resident of Switzerland

Demonstrates strong observational skills and effective communication abilities to evaluate customer experiences in various sectors. Proficient in documenting findings accurately and collaborating with team members to suggest improvements.
