• Mission
• We are seeking an experienced and tech-savvy Execution Trader to join our dynamic trading team. This full‑time role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in financial markets, advanced technical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. The position involves executing trades across Equities, Fixed Income, Exchange‑Traded Derivatives (ETD) and Structured Products, optimizing execution strategies, and contributing to the development of innovative trading tools and processes.
• Main responsibilities
  • Execute trades across Equities, Fixed Income, ETD and Structured Product OTC markets efficiently and accurately during market hours.
  • Regular participation in US Market close lateshift covering (22:00).
  • Monitor global markets, analyze trends, and provide real‑time updates to the Wealth Management team, developing strong, trust‑based relationships.
  • Develop and implement cross‑asset execution strategies to optimize trading performance.
  • Ensure strict compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the broader trading team to enhance execution performance and trading strategies across multiple asset classes.
  • Leverage advanced Excel, VBA
    , and other programming tools (e.g., Python) to develop and optimize trading tools and processes.
  • Contribute to the automation of trading workflows and the integration of new technologies.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding trade execution and market insights.
• Your Profile
  • Experience
    : 5+ years of experience in trading, execution, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in cross‑asset trading
    , including Equities
    , Fixed Income
    , ETD and OTC Structured Product markets
    .
  • Languages
    :
    Fluency in both English and French is mandatory.
  • Technical Skills
    :
    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and VBA
    ; knowledge of other programming languages is a strong advantage.
  • Market Knowledge
    :
    Deep understanding of Equities, Fixed Income, ETD and OTC Structured Product markets
    , including market structure, trading strategies, and liquidity dynamics.
