Do you want to advise discerning clients on complex global mobility tax and social security, immigration, global mobility compensation, mobility advisory, technology and analytics, reward, employment tax and share plans? Then our Global Employer Services (GES) department is the right team for you! Our GES team, integrated in our Tax & Legal team, provides support to international companies by taking a people‑first approach to global mobility, compliance, talent, and rewards programs, while making technology work for our clients to improve the employee experience, streamline processes and manage risk.

How you can make an impact:

• Provide global mobility compliance and advisory services for international clients with your profound knowledge of global mobility tax, social security matters, and immigration.
• Take ownership of day‑to‑day deliverables to your clients, and the ability to apply in‑depth knowledge of your files – throughout time and with our coaching.
• Be part of our engagement teams providing excellent client service.
• Support operational tasks and successfully manage global projects through to completion.
• Establish a progressive working relationship with your clients, allowing you to grow into a trusted advisor for them in the future.
• Participate in ad‑hoc as well as service‑wide trainings to solidify your growing technical and professional skills.

Who we are looking for:

• You are a reliable team player with an open, creative, entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, and flexible mindset who is eager to join a motivated team.
• Experience in providing compliance and consulting services to multinational companies regarding global mobility tax, social security, or immigration.
• At least 2 years’ experience of working in a global mobility environment.
• An excellent attention to detail, routine with MS Office, and confident English – any further languages (such as German or French) are a plus, but not a must.
