File Specialist; Private Bank

We are recruiting on behalf of a private bank based in Geneva
, which is looking to hire a Central File / Client Documentation Specialist on a 6-month fixed-term contract to support the team during a period of increased activity and regulatory projects.

• Review and process client documentation, particularly in the context of account closures and client updates
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulations (CDB
  20, CRS, FATCA/QI, etc.)
• Perform data quality checks within internal systems
• Liaise with various departments including Wealth Management, Compliance, Legal and IT
• Participate in regulatory change implementation and process improvement initiatives

• Proven experience in central file or client onboarding or documentation roles within the Swiss banking environment
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to client documentation
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Solid command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
• Fluent in English (German or French or Italian is a plus)
• Swiss residency is mandatory
