Join our Treasury team and gain hands‑on experience in global terminal operations. You’ll collaborate with finance professionals on real‑world projects that shape strategic investments and drive international growth.
This is a full‑time, on‑site internship (5 days a week) that lasts 6 months . Please note that candidates must be able to provide a university internship agreement (convention de stage) to participate.
Main TasksAssist the treasury and financing team in implementing new financings :
- Provide input in the financial model in coordination with business development team
- Preparation of financing RFP and term sheet for banks
- Coordinate with other internal departments (FP&A, tax, accounting) during execution
- Upload documents on the data room for specific projects during their execution
- Provide analytic capacity to summarize due diligence reports from various advisors
- Follow up on cost calculation and post‑closing analysis
Support the treasury and financing team in monitoring its portfolio and optimizing its funding sources :
- Contribute to debt portfolio and risk management analysis
- Prepare management reports and internal presentations
- Update the database of financing
- Assist the team in replying to investors enquiries and update the CRM
- Assist the team in its project of mapping capital expenditures
- Update the team on various key financial indicators such as market liquidity, recent financial markets movements…
- Assist sustainability department with ESG reporting
- Support the treasury team with inquiries from Rating Agencies
- Business intelligence in the port sector
- Support the team for the organization of events
- Support the team with the payment of invoices, from issuance to follow‑up closing
- A student in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills; knowledge of financial modeling is a plus.
- Curious, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced international environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- Fluent in English (other languages are an asset).
