Treasury & Financing Trainee

Join our Treasury team and gain hands‑on experience in global terminal operations. You’ll collaborate with finance professionals on real‑world projects that shape strategic investments and drive international growth.

This is a full‑time, on‑site internship (5 days a week) that lasts 6 months . Please note that candidates must be able to provide a university internship agreement (convention de stage) to participate.

Assist the treasury and financing team in implementing new financings :

• Provide input in the financial model in coordination with business development team
• Preparation of financing RFP and term sheet for banks
• Coordinate with other internal departments (FP&A, tax, accounting) during execution
• Upload documents on the data room for specific projects during their execution
• Provide analytic capacity to summarize due diligence reports from various advisors
• Follow up on cost calculation and post‑closing analysis

Support the treasury and financing team in monitoring its portfolio and optimizing its funding sources :

• Contribute to debt portfolio and risk management analysis
• Prepare management reports and internal presentations
• Update the database of financing
• Assist the team in replying to investors enquiries and update the CRM
• Assist the team in its project of mapping capital expenditures
• Update the team on various key financial indicators such as market liquidity, recent financial markets movements…
• Assist sustainability department with ESG reporting
• Support the treasury team with inquiries from Rating Agencies

• Business intelligence in the port sector
• Support the team for the organization of events
• Support the team with the payment of invoices, from issuance to follow‑up closing

• A student in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; knowledge of financial modeling is a plus.
• Curious, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced international environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
• Fluent in English (other languages are an asset).
