Junior Private Banker - Russian Speaking

For one of our clients, a private bank based in Geneva, we are looking for a :

• Manage and further develop a portfolio of HNWI and UHNWI clients.
• Support client acquisition and contribute to new business development initiatives.
• Propose tailored investment solutions in collaboration with internal product specialists.
• Ensure full compliance with KYC / AML regulations and internal procedures.
• Monitor portfolio performance, assess risks, and propose suitable investment adjustments.
• Prepare and conduct client meetings, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
• Work closely with advisory, investment, credit, and compliance teams to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Private Banking.
• CWMA certification is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in French, English, and Russian.
• Strong commercial drive, client-focused approach, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Organised, reliable, and proactive, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Motivated to grow within a dynamic and collaborative team that values initiative, professionalism, and long‑term commitment.
