Securities Reconciliation Specialist

Overview

For one of our client, we are looking for a :

Securities Reconciliation Specialist (1 year mission)

• Securities reconciliation: reconcile positions (securities and funds) with depositories
• Manual entry of statements from depositories not automatically reconciled, especially Hedge-Funds
• Check differences and investigate on a monthly basis (securities and funds)
• Establish a list of pending items for securities and funds
• Treatment and follow-up of current files
• Claim back missing statements
• Responsible and able to handle investigations from the beginning to the end

• Experience confirmed in the securities reconciliation department
• General knowledge of Back-Office activities
• Knowledge of GTMatch – GT Exchange – Globus T24 (is an asset) – MS Outlook – Excel – World – etc.
• French mother tongue – English good level
• Precise, meticulous, proactive
• Flexibility – adaptability capacity – be comfortable working in a group and in open space
• Stress resistant
