The Operations division is responsible for the secure and efficient processing of Pictet’s banking transactions and investment funds, while ensuring all activities comply with regulations and effectively manage risks.
By developing and maintaining a modern, robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable, high-quality services for Pictet’s wealth management, asset management and real estate clients.
The Investment Reporting & Support team is part of the Reporting Services which provides a broad range of client and regulatory reporting services. Your team delivers investment reports and data across all business lines.
As a member of the Investment Reporting & Support team, you will play a key role in the production of financial reporting and data, ensuring quality control and contributing to process improvement initiatives. Your work will directly support the organisation's ability to deliver accurate and timely financial insights to external clients and internal stakeholders.
Your main responsibilities are as follows:
- Capture clients' transactions for assets held externally and perform data reconciliations.
- Update historical cost prices and performance dates.
- Conduct performance coherence checks of portfolios.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with the Tech team.
- Contribute to projects to improve/streamline work processes and services.
- Update and maintain procedures and documentation related to the team's activities.
- Provide timely and effective support for internal queries.
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office with experience in SQL, VBA and Python.
- Excellent command of French and English.
- Good knowledge of financial products.
- Practical experience in the production and quality control of banking reports (an asset).
- Familiarity with Avaloq and experience in the banking or financial services sector (an asset).
- Appetite for technology and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Analytical with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Rigorous and methodical with a strong sense of service.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while managing priorities effectively.
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and take initiatives.
- University degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent in work experience in the finance industry.
- Must be resident in Switzerland.
