For one of our clients, a private equity investment platform based in Geneva, we are looking for a:
Job Description- Take a leading role in sourcing, screening and performing due diligence on European and North American private equity funds and co-investment opportunities.
- Analyse fund strategies, investment teams, track records and value creation approaches.
- Build and review LBO models for co-investments and support capital deployment decisions.
- Participate in GP meetings, AGMs, on-site due diligence sessions and industry events.
- Contribute to capital allocation decisions across vintages, geographies and strategies, ensuring disciplined exposure management.
- Oversee and enhance portfolio monitoring, including performance analysis, cash flow tracking, capital calls and distributions.
- Maintain high-quality investment documentation, databases and investor reporting materials.
- Support the continuous improvement of investment processes, workflows and internal tools.
- Work closely with Operations and Investor Relations on data quality, systems and cash flow modelling.
- Contribute to the professionalisation and scaling of the investment platform as the business grows.
- 5 to 15 years of experience in private markets, ideally on the LP side (fund of funds, asset manager, pension fund or similar).
- Proven experience deploying capital into private equity funds and/or co-investments.
- Strong analytical skills with solid financial modelling capabilities (LBO experience preferred).
- Experience managing or mentoring junior professionals.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in helping grow and structure a developing investment platform.
- Business development or GP relationship exposure is a plus.
- Full professional fluency in English and French is required.
