The RoleThe Trust Administrator will play a critical role in managing and administering complex trust structures and underlying operating companies, ensuring compliance with the regulations, as well fostering strong client relationships. Reporting directly to the Trust Services, Manager the successful candidate will leverage their technical expertise and business acumen to support our clients and contribute to the growth of our Geneva office.

- Trust Services, Manager
- Administer a portfolio of trusts and underlying operating companies, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and client requirements in Switzerland.
- Review and analyse financial statements of trusts and related entities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to reporting standards.
- Ensure compliance with Swiss and international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) legislation and other regulatory frameworks.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Identify opportunities to win new business and contribute to the growth of the Geneva office.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
- Stay abreast of changes in Swiss & International trust law, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in trust administration, with a strong technical understanding of trusts and underlying operating companies.
- Proven expertise in reviewing financial statements of trusts and related entities.
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss legal and regulatory requirements for trusts, as well as international AML legislation.
- Experience in another jurisdiction is highly desirable e.g. the Channel Islands, Singapore.
- Demonstrated relationship management skills and a track record of successfully winning new business.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., STEP, ACCA, or equivalent) are preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues.
- Proactive and business-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
