DECALIA Private Credit Strategies

DECALIA Private Credit Strategies is the firm’s flagship in-house private credit programme, launched in 2021 as part of DECALIA’s Private Markets platform. It focusses on the more value added and specialised segments of the European private credit market with a focus on co-investment and secondary deals.

As an Analyst with the Geneva-based Private Credit investment team, your tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and screening of investment opportunities including qualitative and quantitative analysis;
• Composing investment committee memoranda and credit papers;
• Assessment of business, financial and industry due diligence;
• Taking ownership of specific work streams within due diligence and financial modelling;
• Deal execution support on new deals and portfolio assets;
• Portfolio monitoring and reporting

• Recent graduate (Master level) or early-career professional with up to 2 years of experience in the financial industry or consulting and strong university grades;
• Strong IT skills (MS Office), in particularly Excel; financial modelling skills is an advantage;
• Fluent in French and in English;
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail;
• Self-starter with an independent working style;
• Self-motivated and pro-active team player.
