Tax Specialist (Temporary 6 months

Mission

Join our Client Documentation & Tax Services Department to support data reconciliation activities for Fiscal Reporting.

• Reconciliations:
  Investigate and close breaks between internal data (positions/transactions) and provider data; identify root causes and implement corrections.
• Data Corrections & QA:
  Detect patterns across large datasets; propose durable fixes and prevention rules; coordinate updates with IT and the provider; execute non regression tests after changes.
• Tax Statement Readiness:
  Ensure reconciliations are completed pre production so statements align with country specific tax laws.
• Documentation:
  Keep review checklists, reconciliation procedures, and team documentation up to date.

• 3–4+ years in banking operations, data quality, reconciliations, or tax services.
• Knowledge of financial instruments (equities, bonds, structured products, listed/OTC derivatives).
• Detail oriented and logic driven; able to spot inconsistencies in positions, transactions, and tax statements.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with large datasets, pattern detection, and root cause analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivots, formulas); basic data management skills.
• Solid understanding of tax fundamentals and transactional flows; clear communication with IT and external providers.
• Fluency in French and English.
