Private Banker - Fund Investor Relations

AX Partners is a real estate private equity firm with offices in Barcelona, Luxembourg and opening Geneve. We invest across residential, commercial and real estate debt strategies throughout the cycle, with an investor base comprising family offices, private banks and institutional investors across Europe.

We are looking to hire an Investor Relations professional with three to six years of experience at a real estate private equity firm, alternative asset manager or within the investments division of a private bank. Someone who understands the logic of a real estate fund — returns, capital structure, investment and exit cycles — and who can articulate it with clarity and credibility to a sophisticated investor audience.

Origination and management of new investor relationships and active development of new capital. The position covers everything from materials preparation and pipeline management to participation in due diligence processes and roadshows across Europe. Regular interaction with family offices, alternatives selectors at private banks and institutional allocators.

The role reports directly to the Managing Director with immediate visibility over the firm's fundraising strategy. Geneva will serve as the primary hub for investor coverage across Switzerland, France and the broader European market.

Prior experience in investor relations at a real estate private equity firm, alternative asset manager or in the investments or alternatives team of a private bank. Strong existing network within Swiss or European private banking and family office communities is a significant advantage. Native or fluent English required;
French and Spanish a strong plus.
