Business Solution Architect - Finance Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Business Solution Architect to support a major Finance Transformation Programme
, focused on building a connected, collaborative, and data-driven Finance function. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and delivering end-to-end finance solutions, ensuring alignment between business objectives, finance processes, and technology platforms.
- Lead the design of business and solution architectures across Finance Transformation initiatives.
- Define target-state finance processes, operating models, and technology landscapes.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, Data, and Business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Provide architectural guidance across SAP Finance, Group Reporting, Anaplan, Databricks, and related platforms.
- Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and support decision-making processes.
- Drive solution governance, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
- Assess impacts of system and process changes across finance functions.
- Support project planning, risk management, testing activities, and deployment initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders throughout the transformation journey.
- Proven experience as a Business Solution Architect within Finance Transformation programmes.
- Strong expertise in SAP Finance
, SAP Group Reporting
, and financial consolidation processes. - Experience working with Anaplan
, Databricks
, and finance data platforms. - Deep understanding of finance operating models, reporting, and transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience delivering complex transformation programmes within large organisations.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
- Fluency in English.
