Consultant​/Senior Consultant Global Mobility Services

• Prepare and/or review Swiss tax returns with international exposure, tax equalization calculations and tax projections for individuals
• Prepare and review correspondence with tax authorities in relation to tax notices and/or audits for individuals/expatriates
• Support team in advising clients on a wide range of Swiss tax issues including tax residence matters, cross-border tax implications, social security matters, taxable benefits and tax reconciliation processes
• Support in discussions/negotiations with the tax authorities regarding tax rulings, tax appeals and complex tax situations
• Communicate with individual taxpayers and other KPMG offices
• Take part in the preparation of engagement letters, offers to clients, invoicing clients

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong interest in taxation and ideally initial experience in Swiss individual taxation, gained within a Big Four firm or a fiduciary company in Switzerland.
• An innovative and proactive mindset, with the ability to learn quickly, embrace challenges, and contribute to a leading global mobility team.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service, combined with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. A keen eye for detail and strong numerical aptitude are essential.
• Demonstrated team spirit and the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
• Fluent in both French and English; proficiency in an additional language would be considered a strong asset.
