Lombard Odier Investment Managers (“LOIM”) is the asset management business of the Lombard Odier Group. In order to strengthen our AI team, we are looking for a:

As AI Product Manager for Investment at LOIM, you use AI to make our investment teams more proactive, more targeted and more effective. You work closely with portfolio managers and investment analysts to specify and deliver AI uses that improve our investment process. You translate business needs into structured AI product requirements and work in a virtual squad alongside an AI Engineer and a Data Engineer to transform our investment process

• Own the AI product delivery roadmap for the Investment function: structure, prioritize and formalize validated AI use cases where AI can augment portfolio managers and analysts across research, portfolio construction, risk analysis and reporting
• Translate investment workflows and pain points into concrete AI product requirements that your virtual squad can build and deliver
• Facilitate the adoption of AI tools across the investment teams: design change management plans, run training sessions, track commercial impact
• Define and monitor technical performance metrics for each AI use case in production
• Stay current with how AI is transforming investment management globally and bring external best practices into LOIM

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in investment management, financial services consulting or a related field
• Deep understanding of investment management workflows: research process, portfolio construction, risk management, performance reporting
• Strong ability to translate complex business needs into structured product requirements
• AI literacy: you don't need to code but you understand what AI can and cannot do, and you can have a credible conversation with engineers about feasibility
• Familiarity with AI concepts such as RAG, agentic workflows, LLMs and how they apply to investment use cases
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English, French an asset
• Autonomous, delivery-oriented and comfortable working in fast-moving squad environments
