MSC is looking for an experienced Financial Business Controller to join its Finance organization and support financial performance, business development, and controlling activities across its international logistics operations.

The successful candidate will report to the Deputy CFO and Senior Financial Director
, playing a key role in supporting financial decision-making, monitoring business performance, and driving financial excellence across regional teams and local agencies.

Working closely with regional CFOs, Finance teams, Business Leaders, and other key stakeholders, the Financial Business Controller will ensure effective financial coordination, support the development of local agencies, and promote a strong business-oriented financial mindset throughout the organization.

This role is ideal for professionals with a solid background in the logistics and freight forwarding industry
, preferably gained within leading international logistics companies or direct competitors of MSC, and with a strong understanding of last-mile logistics operations.

• Oversee and coordinate financial controlling activities across regional teams and local agencies, ensuring alignment with corporate financial objectives and business priorities.
• Act as a key financial business partner to regional CFOs, Finance teams, and Business Leaders, supporting strategic decision-making and operational performance.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and overall business results.
• Support local agencies in developing their financial capabilities, strengthening financial processes, and aligning financial management practices with business development objectives.
