Swiss Finance Management International SA (SFM) is a FINMA-regulated wealth and asset management company based in Geneva since 2007, serving HNWI, UHNWI and institutional clients. To support our growth, we are looking for an Investment Advisor to join our team.
Your role :- Advise HNWI and UHNWI clients and build tailored, multi-asset investment proposals
- Prepare and present investment recommendations, portfolio reviews and client reports
- Monitor client portfolios in line with each client's risk profile and investment objectives as per the FINMA requirements
- Generate investment ideas across equities, fixed income, alternatives, private markets and real estate
- Accompany private bankers in client meetings and contribute to business development
- Ensure all advice complies with FinSA (LSFin) suitability and documentation requirements
- University degree in finance, economics or a related field
- Recognized certification (CFA, CAIA, AZEK / CIIA or equivalent) is a plus
- Open minded and ready to work in a family sized team environment
- [3 to 5] years of experience in Swiss private banking, an independent asset manager or a family office
- Proven experience with HNWI / UHNWI clients
- Solid knowledge of financial markets, multi-asset portfolios and alternative investments
- Good understanding of the Swiss regulatory framework (FINMA, FinSA / FinIA)
- Strong ability to build and present a convincing investment case
- Fluent in French and English; any other language is a plus
- Swiss residence or valid Swiss work permit
- A key role in a boutique firm with direct access to management
- Real responsibility and a broad investment scope
