Le Tribunal civil – comprenant 28 magistrats de carrière et plus de 120 collaborateurs - se compose de trois instances distinctes : le Tribunal de 1ère instance, la Commission de conciliation en matière de baux et loyers et le Tribunal des baux et loyers. Sous la foi du serment, en qualité de commis-e-greffier-ère du Tribunal civil, vous serez chargée/e des activités suivantes :
- Assurer de façon autonome la transcription conforme à la loi des décisions requérant la communication aux autorités compétentes en matière d'état civil.
- Assurer de façon autonome l'analyse et le traitement des demandes tendant à la délivrance de documents officiels (mentions, attestations, certificats, extraits, etc.).
- Traiter les demandes en respect de la législation de la protection des données personnelles.
- Renseigner les justiciables et tenir la permanence téléphonique.
