Our client is looking for a Compliance Healthcare Specialist 100%.

Your responsibilities:

• You will oversee and develop comprehensive compliance programs that protect both our patients and our organization.
• You will identify potencial compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• You will conduct risk assessments and internal audits and finalize compliance projects.
• You will provide guidance on ethical and legal standards of across multiple juridictions (France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal,…).
• You will monitor and ensure adherence to healthcare laws and regulations.
• You will investigate and resolve compliance issues and complaints.
• You will stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations.
• You will maintain and update compliance documentation and records and will review and update internal policies and procedures.
• You will maintain GDPR Compliance and manage related tasks (data).
• You will submit contracts to French Heathcare official Platform.
• You will draft different type of agreements (sponsor hip agreements, Grans agreements, NDAs, HCP consulting agreements, Hospitality conventions, R&D agreements.
• You will provide training and education to staff on compliance topics.
• You will collaborate with Marketing & Communications and Sales departments for compliance reviews and follow-ups.

Your profile:

• You have minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare compliance experience
• Deep knowledge of French Anti-gift laws is an asset
• You have a bachelor's degree in a related field (healthcare administration, law)
• You have a very good knowledge in policy development and training delivery
• You are fluent in English and French
