Mandatés par plusieurs EMS dans le canton de Vaud nous recherchons
Assistant(e) Socio-éducatif en EMS Qualifications- Vous êtes titulaire d'un CFC d'assistant socio-éducatif ou de la Reconnaissance SEFRI d'un diplôme équivalent.
- Vous possédez au moins une expérience avec les personnes âgées.
- Rigueur, autonomie et capacité d'intégration sont des points forts.
- Participer à l'élaboration et à la mise en oeuvre des programmes socio-éducatifs visant à favoriser l'autonomie et le bien‑être des résidents.
- Seconder et aider l'équipe dans les tâches quotidiennes.
- Collaborer et transmettre les informations relatives aux résidents à l'équipe médicale.
Être mobile entre Genève et Lausanne.
