Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute country-specific Market Access and Pricing strategies
- Lead pricing submissions, reimbursement dossiers, and negotiation preparation
- Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness activities from an access perspective
- Build and maintain relationships with payers, HTA bodies, and key stakeholders
- Translate clinical and HEOR evidence into compelling value narratives
- Monitor policy and pricing trends and proactively adapt strategies
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations
- 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech Market Access & Pricing
- Demonstrated success in payer negotiations and reimbursement processes
- Experience across multiple European markets, ideally CEE region exposure
- Strong understanding of HTA frameworks and health economics principles
- Strategic mindset combined with analytical rigor
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
- Advanced degree in life sciences, health economics, business, or related field
