Human Resources Manager

HR Manager, EMEA

Location: Geneva

Dartry Search is supporting an international financial services business with the appointment of an HR Manager in Geneva.

This role offers variety across employee relations, team leadership and the way HR operates day to day. You will help managers work through people challenges, support employees across multiple markets and improve the processes behind a consistent employee experience.

It would suit someone with broad HR experience who enjoys taking ownership, working closely with the business and helping colleagues develop.

• Help managers resolve employee matters, offering clear advice and applying sound judgement to sensitive situations.
• Coordinate HR activity throughout the employee lifecycle, working with colleagues on joining, leaving, payroll and international mobility.
• Review policies and working practices, using employee data and feedback to identify improvements.
• Develop HR colleagues and contribute to projects that strengthen how the wider people function operates.

• Broad generalist HR experience, ideally within financial services or a similarly demanding professional environment.
• Fluency in French and English, with experience handling HR and employment matters across European jurisdictions.
• Confidence advising managers, explaining complex issues clearly and supporting the development of others.
• A practical, organised approach, with the ability to use HR systems and reporting to make informed decisions.
