Nous recherchons un/e Responsable Administratif/ve & Ressources Humaines afin de renforcer notre équipe RH interne.
Responsabilités principales- Gestion de la paie et échange avec notre fournisseur externe (Fiduciaire)
- Gestion des variables (maladie, accident, APG…)
- Gestion administrative RH des collaborateurs (Contrat de travail, Permis AVS, LPP… )
- Onboarding et outboarding des collaborateurs
- Déclaration Accidents/Maladie
- Gestion des formations via Temptraining
- Répondre aux questions RH
- Soutien aux business manager
- Management de l’assistante RH
- Facturation clients via notre ERP
- Gestion administrative des commandes et contrats clients
- Relance des factures et suivi des paiements
- Relance des timesheets liés à la facturation
- Gestion des soirées d’agence
- Gestion de la communication via les réseaux professionnels
- - 5 ans d’expérience sur un poste de Responsable RH en Suisse.
- - Expérience en société de conseils (un atout).
- - Brevet Fédéral en Ressources Humaines.
