Part of the Information and Data (I&D) Division, the Data Governance team is dedicated to defining and implementing Master Data Management best practices within our organization. Our mission is to make data and analytics more accessible, trustworthy, and actionable. We maximize the value of data and analytics initiatives by promoting the proper use of analytics in business processes, ensuring accurate insights based on quality data, reducing risks with security, and guiding the prioritization of projects so the right information is available at the right time.

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of MDM solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live operational support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define master data domains, data quality rules, and governance processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for the MDM platform.
• Oversee solution design, data modeling, and integration with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
• Establish data governance roles (data owners, stewards, custodians).
• Define policies and procedures for data creation, modification, and deletion.
• Analyze how MDM will affect existing processes and systems.
• Document process changes and update SOPs.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies for resistance or disruption.
• Align governance with organizational compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Create ongoing learning programs to sustain adoption.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, data stewards, and technical specialists.

• 7+ years of experience in Master Data Management with proven track record of leading end-to-end implementations (planning, design, build, deployment, and support).
• Experience with multi-domain MDM (Customer, Product, Supplier, etc.).
• Experience defining data standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Strong understanding of MDM concepts, data governance frameworks, and data quality management.
• Experience with leading MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica, SAP MDG, Reltio, Profisee).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Familiarity with data integration, migration, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus in our international organization.
