Lombard Odier Investment Managers (“LOIM”) is the asset management business of the Lombard Odier Group. In order to strengthen our Technology team, we are looking for a:

AI Engineer – Generative AI Applications

Our technology team works in close partnership with the business, leveraging state-of-the-art platforms and building proprietary solutions using agile and Dev Ops methodologies.

You will join our Geneva-based team and focus on the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI applications. You will work alongside our BI & AI analysts to deliver production-grade solutions that support business workflows and unlock new capabilities.

YOUR ROLE

Build and deploy Generative AI applications using frameworks such as RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and prompt engineering.

Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure AI systems integrated into our existing IT ecosystem.

Collaborate with internal teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Contribute to model evaluation, testing, and optimization for performance and reliability.

Stay current with emerging GenAI technologies and tools to inform implementation choices.

YOUR PROFILE

Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Python and ML/data processing libraries (e.g., Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, Transformers)

5+ years of experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure), APIs, and microservices architecture.

Proven experience building production-ready GenAI applications (e.g., Lang Chain, Semantic Kernel, Haystack)

Strong understanding of LLM integration, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation.

Exposure to financial services is a plus

Team player with strong communication skills

Autonomous, pragmatic, and delivery-oriented mindset.

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
