Job description

We are seeking an Infrastructure Expert - F/H/X to lead and maintain our Record Keeping program in Geneva
, ensuring the compliance, integrity, and sustainability of communication records (emails, calls, Teams) in a highly regulated, multilingual environment.

• Guarantee the compliance, integrity, and sustainability of communication records (emails, calls, Teams) within the Group Record Keeping program
• Drive product strategy, deploy and maintain archiving solutions
• Lead transversal projects related to digital transformation and infrastructure
• Monitor KPIs and present results to management
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (FINMA) and Swiss data protection standards
• Collaborate in a multilingual environment (French, English) with high regulatory demands
• Utilize and optimize tools such as O365, Teams, Verba, and Axs One for record keeping

• Advanced experience (10+ years) in infrastructure management and legal archiving
• Proven expertise in digital transformation and deployment of archiving solutions
• Mastery of communication and archiving tools: O365, Teams, Verba, Axs One
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (FINMA) and Swiss data protection standards
• Fluent in English;
  French mother tongue
• High sense of compliance and attention to detail
• Ability to manage transversal projects, monitor KPIs, and present to management
