Une entreprise de services à Genève cherche à recruter un professionnel pour le support opérationnel e-banking. Le candidat doit savoir traiter les demandes des clients par plusieurs canaux, diagnostiquer des incidents, et participer à l'amélioration continue des services. Une bonne connaissance des outils de ticketing et des services e-banking est nécessaire, ainsi qu'une formation Bac+2/3 ou une expérience équivalente dans le support client.
Bilingue en anglais et allemand est obligatoire.
