Senior SAP PM Functional Consultant​/Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate SAP PM design workshops with business stakeholders
• Present SAP PM standard functionalities
• Analyze and document Level-3 maintenance processes
• Identify and document gaps and propose functional solutions
• Prepare and maintain Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and gap analysis in the client’s DDF tool
• Incorporate client feedback and deliver final sign-off documents
• Workshop presentation decks using the approved FDD template
• Gap analysis report, with all gaps logged in the client’s corporate DDF tool
• Functional Design Documents (FDDs):
  • Drafts used during workshops
  • Final versions in Word format approved by the client

• Senior-level SAP PM / EAM expertise, with 7+ years of experience
• Experience in SAP S/4
  
  HANA PM projects preferred
• Proven ability in functional design, documentation (FDDs), and gap analysis
• Strong experience in workshop facilitation and stakeholder management
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Exposure to large-scale SAP transformation programs
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and DDF tool is a plus
• Optional: experience with integration to MM, FI/CO, or PS
• English and French fluency is a must
