Role SummaryDigital Factory Program (DFP) is a strategic initiative to digitally unify and elevate global manufacturing and supply chain operations. Through integrated systems and optimized processes, the program aims to enable smarter decisions, greater efficiency, and scalable growth. As the Global Training Lead for DFP, you will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and executing the global training strategy across all work streams and sites.
You will ensure that all stakeholders are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to adopt new digital solutions (MES, WMS, LIMS, ERP, OT) and processes. You will lead the development of training materials, manage training delivery, and support change management to drive successful transformation.
- Training Strategy & Planning
- Define the global training strategy for the Digital Factory Program, aligned with program phases and deployment timelines.
- Develop a comprehensive training roadmap covering system, process, and role-based learning needs.
- Coordinate with global leads and site teams to identify training requirements and priorities.
- Content Development & Delivery
- Lead the creation of training materials including e-learning modules, SOPs, job aids, and instructor-led content.
- Ensure training content is aligned with validated processes and system configurations.
- Manage localization of training materials for site-specific needs and languages.
- Organize and oversee training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for key users and end users.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Change Enablement
- Collaborate with change management and communication leads to ensure training supports adoption and behavioral change.
- Engage with site leadership, business owners, and functional teams to ensure training relevance and effectiveness.
- Act as a key point of contact for training-related queries and support.
- Training Operations & Governance
- Establish training governance including tracking, reporting, and certification processes.
- Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

- Role-based training curricula and certification plans
- Training materials (e-learning, SOPs, job aids, presentations)
- Training delivery schedule and execution plans
- Training effectiveness reports and feedback analysis
- Site readiness assessments for training
- Change impact analysis and training alignment
- Training governance framework and documentation
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Education, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in manufacturing or digital transformation programs.
- Experience in designing and delivering training for MES, WMS, LIMS, ERP, and OT systems.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Experience in international, cross-functional environments.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience with Körber PAS-X MES, Lab Vantage LIMS, Infor M3 ERP, and Aveva OT platforms.
- Familiarity with digital adoption platforms and LMS tools.
- Certification in training, instructional design, or change management (e.g., CPTD, Prosci).
- Knowledge of GxP and compliance requirements in training contexts.
