Location: Genf
- Router les incidents auprès des autres groupes de compétences,
- Router les demandes auprès des autres intervenants.
- Contrôler la qualité de l’ensemble des données qualifiées,
- Mettre à jour les fiches d’intervention et recatégoriser éventuellement à posteriori,
- Assurer le suivi des incidents et demandes qui leur sont adressés, Clôturer.
- Transférer les connaissances liées au périmètre
- Expérience similaire de 3 - 10 ans
- Bonne expertise sur la partie 0365, Azure, AD, windows, Intune - obligatoire
