Business Analyst

Who we are:

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support onboarding and KYC workflow initiatives. The role is primarily functional and involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, improve client lifecycle management (CLM) processes, and support the delivery of efficient onboarding solutions within a private banking environment.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to client onboarding, KYC, and client lifecycle management processes.
• Work closely with business users, compliance teams, and IT to translate functional needs into clear specifications for implementation.
• Support the design, optimization, and continuous improvement of onboarding and CLM processes.
• Participate in workshops, process-mapping sessions, and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment between business objectives and system capabilities.
• Assist in testing activities, including defining test scenarios, validating functionality, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure that solutions meet regulatory and compliance requirements within the private banking environment.
• Provide documentation, training support, and post-implementation assistance to business users.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), onboarding, and KYC processes
  , preferably in a private banking context.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders.
• French (mandatory) and English (required); any additional language is a plus.

• Experience with CLM tools or low-code workflow platforms (e.g., Appway) is a plus.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to onboarding and KYC.
• Experience in process improvement or workflow automation initiatives.
